           ATLAS System Maintenance 

Beginning Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - Friday, March 15, 2024, GA ATLAS Application Packet will be unavailable. During this time, the application packet will be in view mode only which means you will not be able to modify (make changes) to your application.

Please note, access to the claim modules will not be impacted.  Therefore, you will be able to submit monthly claims for reimbursement as normal. 

Access is expected to be fully restored by Monday, March 18, 2024. Once access is restored, you may resume normal business functions, which includes completing application updates.   


Password Policy

  • Security policies require a password ten (10) to twelve (12) characters in length. Please note that the password must be at least ten (10) characters in length. The password must contain at least a) one number, b) one letter, and c) one special character (e.g., !, ?, /). Passwords are case sensitive.

  • To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
